We were asked to redesign sitar maestro, Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan's artist website. Ustadji, as his students affectionately call him, is a living legend, one of India's greatest sitar masters. We wanted a site that would tell his story in a visually driven minimalist site with beautiful bold images of Ustadji lost in music. We connected it with the Bandcamp app to make it easy to post his tour schedule and sync it with all other social channels, and would be a portal to his teaching school, the SPK Academy.
